When the cleaning fluid needs replacing, it’s natural to search for the name on your shaver. Check the station’s label too: the base has its own model and consumables.
Keep the old cartridge or detergent packaging until you’ve found the replacement. The code on it can save a lot of scrolling through similar-looking bottles and packs.
Read the label on the base
Disconnect the station and handle it as its instructions describe, especially if it still contains liquid. Copy the station model and the consumable code separately from the shaver model.
If you’re asking a shop for help, send those details together. A photograph of the label is useful when tiny characters are hard to distinguish.
Cartridges and detergent aren’t interchangeable
Check whether your system uses a sealed cartridge, a measured detergent product or another specified refill. Buy the type and reference the station’s instructions call for.
Don’t substitute a household cleaner or make a mixture from products you have to hand. The fact that a liquid is sold for shavers doesn’t mean it belongs in your particular station.

If support recommends a new consumable or base, ask for the exact reference before buying. Keep that code with the station model so the next refill is a straightforward purchase.
